Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website (typically USPS or UPS) to monitor your shipment. If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, contact us at contact@peplab.us.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If there's an issue with your order (damaged packaging, incorrect product, or quality concerns), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
COAs are publicly available on our Test Results page, organized by product and batch number. The batch number is printed on your vial label. If you need a COA for a specific batch that isn't listed, email us with your order number and we'll provide it.
All orders are shipped with insulated packaging and gel ice packs. Lyophilized (dry powder) peptides are generally stable at room temperature for short periods (days to a few weeks). If your package experienced extreme heat exposure, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging. Do not use the product if you're unsure.
