Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping: We ship same-day, but please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. $19.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $250.
PepLab.us currently ships to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with gel ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. All peptides are shipped in sealed, light-protected vials.
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@peplab.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.
