All PepLab.us products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific study. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are not intended for use as drugs, food additives, or cosmetics.

Every batch is tested by independent third-party laboratories using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for purity analysis and Mass Spectrometry (MS) for identity confirmation. We maintain a minimum purity standard of 99% and publish all Certificates of Analysis on our Test Results page.

All COAs are available on our Test Results page. You can review them before placing an order. Each COA includes HPLC chromatograms, mass spec data, and batch-specific purity percentages.

We ship same-day for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is $19.99 flat rate, free on orders over $250. All orders include tracking information sent via email.

Temperature-sensitive compounds are packaged with gel ice packs and insulated liners to maintain cold chain integrity during transit. Products are shipped in sealed, light-protected vials to prevent degradation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin and Ethereum. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details.

Currently, PepLab.us ships to addresses within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve the international research community in the future.

Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2-8°C and typically used within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as this can degrade the compound.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It is used to reconstitute lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides into a solution for research use. If you are reconstituting peptides, you will need bacteriostatic water, which is available in our shop.
